Duties of the Follow-up Council:

  • Recommending the adoption of the Executive Committee’s work plan with the participation of all members.

  • The President recommends the adoption of the administrative and financial rules and regulations of the Foundation in preparation for their approval by the Board of Trustees. - Chairman of the Committee

  • Approving general policies for executive work, and setting priorities.

  • Supervising the follow-up of the implementation of the decisions of the Board of Trustees.

  • Forming subcommittees or work teams to carry out specific tasks in specific periods.

  • Discussing the estimated budget of the institution and submitting it to the Board of Trustees for approval.

  • Discussing the organization’s strategic plan and submitting it to the Board of Trustees for approval.

  • Submitting an annual report to the Board of Trustees on the Foundation’s work.

  • Conducting field visits to some of the organization’s projects.

  • Approval of grant projects.

  • Follow up on specific projects and approve their budget.

  • Any other tasks assigned to him by the Board of Trustees.

Duties of the Executive Council:

  • Consultation on common issues between administrative units and submitting recommendations to the decision-maker regarding them.

  • Supervising the implementation and activation of the organization’s strategic plan, reviewing it, and measuring its performance.

  • Supervising the activation of institutional excellence standards, governance principles, risk management, and human resources development.

  • Carrying out the duties of the Grants Committee specified in the approved Grants Committee regulations.

  • Carrying out the duties of the Budget Committee specified in the approved financial regulations.

  • Carrying out the duties of the Procurement Committee specified in the approved procurement regulations.

  • Display a monthly report on the achievements of the various administrative units.

  • Informing the Council of business achievements and developments, determining the shared vision, and transferring expertise and experiences.

  • Forming executive teams for the organization’s initiatives and development teams for common issues between administrative units.

  • Issuing and forming executive guides for the Council and its affiliated committees.

The committee carries out the following tasks:

  • Reviewing regulations and policies and harmonizing them according to the new structure and recent government amendments.

  • Harmonizing and developing previous processes and procedures to suit the roles adopted in the organization’s organization.

  • Evaluating the institution and qualifying it to apply institutional excellence standards and qualify for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award.

  • Auditing compliance with governance standards and reviewing compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Preparing and implementing a plan to educate the organization’s employees on standards of governance, excellence, and risk management.

  • Preparing, auditing, reviewing, and entering all disclosure requirements of data, files, and records into the Ministry’s unified platform.

  • Submitting reports to the CEO and the Administrative Follow-up Council on the progress of the committee’s work.

  • Proposing the appropriate rank and salary for the new or promoted employee according to the approved salary and wages list.

  • Proposing job placement in the event of restructuring.

  • Considering the grievances of the organization’s employees and complaints that occur between employees and resolving administrative, personal, and individual conflicts regarding work.

  • Supervising programs to improve the work environment, spreading the concept of teamwork, and enhancing the learning environment.

  • Empowering employees to contribute and have a positive impact on the organization and make their voice heard.

  • Proposing incentive and reward policies and supervising the implementation of approved policies.

  • Disposing of fines imposed on employees of the institution.
