Jazan Branch holds the seventh communication meeting with charitable organizations in the region

In the presence of the director of the branch of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the director of the branch of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance in the Jazan region and approximately 300 people from representatives of various non-profit organizations in Jazan and in the Islamic Affairs Hall, the branch of the Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation in the Jazan region was held on Monday, 12/9/ 2013 AD The Seventh Forum for Communication with Charitable Organizations in the Region. This meeting comes within the framework of implementing the Foundation’s strategic plan, which is scheduled to begin implementation at the beginning of next year 2014 AD, in accordance with the new vision, which is considered a development of its previous vision to stipulate (leading charitable grants to develop society with perfection and faith). The meeting began with a verse from the Holy Quran, recited by Hafiz Al-Baraa Abbas, one of the graduates of the Qur’anic School affiliated with the Projects and Activities Department of the Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Charitable Foundation. This was followed by a speech by the Branch Director, Sheikh Muhammad Hamad Abu Jabal, who at the beginning welcomed the distinguished guests and explained the Foundation’s vision, mission, and keenness on leadership, calling on everyone to Participation in supporting this trend in a way that contributes to the development of charitable work and taking it towards broader horizons. After that, the observations on the implementation of the projects of the year 2013 were reviewed in order to avoid them in the future, followed by an explanation of the strategies, new work mechanisms, controls and standards required to support projects, as well as the application periods for supporting projects, after which the floor was opened for discussion. With everyone, he then gave a speech to the Director of the Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance Branch, in which he stressed the keenness to preserve and develop charitable work, providing a quick overview of the characteristics of the successful plan. The meeting concluded by honoring the Director of the Social Affairs Branch and the Director of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da’wah and Guidance in the region, in addition to the members of the Charitable Work Committee. The former are Sheikh Abdullah Ahmed Musleh Shaabi, Sheikh Muhammad Salman Al-Maliki, engineer Ali Boker Zailai, and Dr. Musa Muhammad Owais.
