In honor of the Governor of Uhud Al-Masariha Governorate, Mr. Ahmed bin Hadi Al-Rajhi, and in the presence of His Eminence Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Tayyar, member of Fatwa in the Qassim region and professor at the College of Sharia in Qassim, and His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad bin Sham Shaybah, member of Fatwa in the Jazan region; The Cooperative Office for Call, Guidance, and Awareness of Communities in Uhud al-Masarha Governorate in Jazan concluded the Al-Mishkat campaign project, “A Call for Wisdom and Good Exhortation,” on Thursday evening, 1/5/2017 AD. During the ceremony, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Tayyar gave a lecture entitled Glimpses into the life of His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Othaimeen, may God have mercy on him. This was followed by a speech by Sheikh Muhammad Shami in which he emphasized the importance of science and interest in it, calling on students of knowledge to read the books of Sheikh Muhammad Al-Othaimeen and benefit from them. This was followed by many paragraphs. Including distributing gifts to the winners of the electronic advocacy competition. The ceremony concluded by honoring the regular students and sheikhs participating in the program, in addition to the supporting body, “Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation.” The Al-Mishkat campaign is a project that includes many activities, including weekly lessons and an electronic scientific competition, in addition to lectures that dealt with the biographies of the imams of Islam and other advocacy sessions on the housing of King Abdullah in Al-Hasama and his ashes, in addition to preliminary courses and lectures for women. This comes within the Foundation's keenness to support such programs, through which it seeks to provide grants to maximize goodness, achieve community growth, and empower beneficiaries with the best practices based on its mission.
