As part of the periodic visits to the branches of the Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation, the Qassim branch visited the Charitable Foundation for Orphan Care “Ikhaa” in Qassim, where they were received by the general supervisor of the branches, Mr. Khalid bin Ali Al-Rumaikhani, who presented a simplified explanation of the organization’s work and its role in serving orphans. Anonymous, and its affiliated governorates, as all the governorates of Al-Qassim are affiliated with the Foundation, as well as nine model shelter homes in Al-Rayyan neighborhood, Al-Muraydiyah neighborhood, Al-Fayziyah neighborhood, Al-Safra neighborhood, and Al-Aman neighborhood, as well as thirty-seven apartments for married orphans. The visit aimed to build bridges of communication between the two sides, and to identify and overcome the problems that prevent them from benefiting from Al Rajhi Charity’s services. The support mechanisms at Al Rajhi Charity and ways to benefit from them were also explained. The donor system and the method of registration and submission were also explained. At the end of the visit, a mini tour was taken of the “Ekhaa” Foundation’s properties, with the aim of learning about their infrastructure. The Al-Rajhi Charity delegation was represented by the Director of the Qassim Branch, Engineer Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al-Fuhaid, the Head of the Charitable Grants Department, Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Qarawi, and the researcher in charitable grants, Mr. Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Daghiri. This visit comes within the framework of fulfilling the donor’s desire to support the largest possible number of charitable organizations and institutions, and the “Ekhaa” Foundation has never previously benefited from the services of “Al Rajhi Charity.”
