Mr. Ali Al-Qazlan, director of the branch of the Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Charitable Foundation in the Medina region, met with the head of the branch’s projects department, Mr. Fahd Al-Ahmadi, the head of grants management, Mr. Muhammad Farghal, and the branch’s accountant, Mr. Othman Babiker, to set standards for strategic partnership issues in the region. The Foundation’s branch in Medina is currently working on “studying funding priorities in the Medina region,” and the first phase of the study ended by identifying “one hundred and fifty issues” that are among the most important charitable funding priorities in the region, and since these priorities are one of the inputs and influences of the “Strategic Partnership Issues in the Foundation” project, The issues were presented on the influences and inputs of identifying partnership issues, and twenty-seven cases were extracted from them, after the person responsible for identifying strategic issues in the branch, Head of the Projects Department, Mr. Fahd Al-Ahmadi, reviewed the mechanism used in identifying strategic issues, and discussed the evaluation of issues according to the criteria for selecting approved strategic partnership issues. . It is worth noting that this is the first meeting and will be followed by other meetings to come up with a priority strategic issue in the region in preparation for completing the project.
