A workshop on tree analysis of strategic issues and building the initial logical framework in Jazan

Within the framework of the Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation’s endeavor to contribute to solving societal issues and establishing strategic partnerships, and in accordance with its strategic vision, “Pioneering charitable grants to develop society with mastery and faith.” The Foundation’s branch in the Jazan region held a workshop on the societal issue of “unemployment” in an effort to enrich the topic of the issue to reach results that benefit the region and contribute to its treatment. In the workshop, in which an elite group of studies professors at Jazan University and those interested in community issues from all official and voluntary sectors, including the Human Resources Fund “HADAF” participated - and they had effective contributions in enriching the topic of the issue - the director of Al Rajhi Charitable Branch in the Jazan region, Mr. Ahmed Johari, gave a clear introduction. Through it, the idea of ​​the issue and the procedures that were taken before choosing the issue of “unemployment” as a societal issue worthy of treatment in the Jazan region from among a group of issues that amounted to 17 issues, which a group of parties cooperated in identifying, including the Institute of Research and Studies, and the Prince Muhammad bin Nasser Chair for Studies of Community Issues, In addition to the discussions that took place with those interested in societal issues in the region, leading to this workshop, which is being held with the participation of this elite. In the first part of the workshop, a tree analysis session was held for the issue, moderated by the guest speaker from the Foundation’s main center in Riyadh, Mr. Rayan Al-Saif. In the other part, building the logical framework for the issue was discussed and moderated by Mr. Hisham from the Ghadan Foundation. All of them came out with a set of outputs that influenced the topic. It is expected that studies and discussions will continue in preparation for conducting a realistic study that will produce a set of solutions that serve the community and contribute to addressing a group of strategic issues. The Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation seeks to develop the community through a set of strategies that contribute effectively to the development of the community and address its issues in implementation of its strategic objectives.
