Bar Al-Hakamiya hosts the director of the Foundation’s branch in the Jazan region in a workshop on the “Haroun Initiative”

The director of the branch of the Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation in the Jazan region, Mr. Ahmed Johari, visited the Al-Bir Charitable Society in Al-Hakamiya, in the presence of the association’s board of directors. The “Haroun Initiative for Professional Volunteering” and what it can offer to the targeted parties were discussed. Al-Jawhari also held a workshop with the association’s board of directors to determine its needs in order to activate the Haroun initiative in a way that enables the association to make optimal use of professional volunteers.

The Haroun Initiative means that professional employees provide voluntary services using their specializations without pay to serve non-profit organizations and public interest organizations. These services are provided based on the actual needs of these entities.

The Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation seeks to pioneer charitable grants to develop society with skill and faith, and from this standpoint it welcomes initiatives that serve society and contribute to its development.
