19 independent entities were established in 2017 with the Foundation’s support

Contributing to supporting the establishment and establishment of non-profit entities and keeping pace with the goal of the National Transformation Program by increasing the number of charitable organizations, the Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation contributed to the establishment of 19 entities in 2017.

The Foundation was keen to ensure that these entities were diverse in their fields in addition to their geographical diversity to include all thirteen regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in an effort to benefit the largest number of society in general and people benefiting from the services of charitable organizations in particular.

The establishment of these entities came after studies of the regions’ needs, which resulted in the nomination of these projects to be established, and this was done, thank God, including:

• Saudi Association of Sign Language Interpreters in Riyadh Region
• Charitable Society for Orphan Care in Jazan Region (Gharas)
• Association for Motor Disabilities in Asir Region (Azem)
• Charitable Society for Cancer Care in Hail (Basma)
• Mawi Association for Social Services in the Eastern Province
• Motmana Women’s Association in the Asir region
• The National Society for Human Development in the Riyadh region
• Mahaba Association for Family Development in Jubail Industrial City
• Badar Association for Youth Development in Jazan region
• Restoration Charitable Association in the Eastern Province
• Women's Social Development Committee in Buraidah
• Association for the Development and Rehabilitation of Girls in the Eastern Province (Ofoq)
• Taiba Association for Motor Disability for Adults in the Medina region
• Family Development Association in Najran (Saada)
• Family Development Association in Rafha Governorate
• Youth Charitable Association in Medina

The comprehensiveness of these entities was also taken into account so that they serve the priority needs of society as one of the components of the nation’s Vision 2030 in consolidating the values ​​of social solidarity, building confidence, and enhancing awareness of social responsibility.

The Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation seeks, by supporting the establishment of these associations and other projects in other fields, to achieve the Kingdom’s vision in addition to achieving the Foundation’s vision of pioneering charitable grants to develop society with mastery and faith.
