The Eastern Region Branch visited a number of supported projects to review the latest achievements

The Director of the Eastern Region Branch, Dr. Khalil Al-Qassimi, accompanied by grants specialist Mr. Saad Al-Eid, visited the Charitable Society for the Care of People with Disabilities in Al-Ahsa. The visit included the Together Center for Day Care and Early Intervention, which the Foundation supported in the process of establishing the entities, by providing computers and their accessories, as well as office equipment, educational aids, and tables. The delegation was briefed on its latest equipment, including the rehabilitation therapy unit, the physical therapy unit, the audio therapy unit, the speech and language problems unit, the unit for integrating the disabled into the general education stages with normal people, the family counseling unit, in addition to the case diagnosis clinic, as well as the women’s section, support services, meeting rooms, and waiting rooms.
After that, the delegation went to visit the Charitable Society for the Care of People with Disabilities in Al-Ahsa to view the project documents and discuss the final report and the mechanism for closing the project in the donor system. The annual report was also reviewed. At the conclusion of the visit, the idea of ​​holding a practical solutions workshop for developing financial resources was reviewed, and the society expressed its desire to participate. And its readiness to host the workshop participants.
It should be noted that the Ma'an Center for Day Care and Early Intervention is the only center in Al-Ahsa Governorate that serves this category.
On the other hand, the Al-Marah Association for Social Services was visited and the delegation was received by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors, the Director of the Association, and the Financial Director. The delegation reviewed the Association’s programs supported by the Foundation, reviewed all documents and financial matters, and ensured compliance with procedures. Social investment projects were reviewed. For the association to find solutions to develop financial resources, the delegation discussed ways to generate ideas for future projects.
In conclusion, the idea of ​​holding a workshop on practical solutions for developing financial resources was presented, and the association expressed its desire to participate.
