This crisis is a real test for keeping pace with digital transformation, in which the organization has invested over the past years through best practices and experiences, and after more than two weeks have passed; The organization's work and plans continued efficiently, which are characterized by keeping pace with the reality in which we live, whether in its central administration or its thirteen branches, as the Information Technology Department prepared from the first moment an urgent technical plan to manage this crisis, the most prominent results of which were:

Instructional guides: include how to access the organization's technical systems, and the mechanism for dealing with them remotely

Accessing systems: An active emergency plan to help all employees of the organization access systems remotely. More than (300) remote work tasks were implemented.
