The Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation presented a review of its experience in the field of institutional communication as one of the successful professional experiences within the third peer-reviewed international scientific conference on institutional communication in the Arabian Gulf, experiences and challenges, which was held in the Kingdom of Bahrain and organized by the Gulf University and attended by a number of specialists, academics and researchers in the field of relations. The experience was presented by the head of the Corporate Communication Center, Engineer Riyad bin Nasser Al-Fariji, who opened the experience by stating that our teacher in corporate communication is the distinguished and generous Sheikh Suleiman Al-Rajhi, as he referred everyone who communicated with him for any matter related to his companies and institutions by saying, “The institution has a door,” which indicates respect. Experience indicated early interest in the public relations and media file in the charitable organization, as it began to be established by those with experience and knowledge in the media specialty, followed by attention to internal public relations in the organization, which increases The loyalty of the employees and their efforts to achieve the organization’s goals perfectly, as the organization considered human capital as its first partner, and thus it reaped great successes at the cadre level, and even that extended to the employees’ families, to whom the organization paid attention to programs directed to them and celebrated their achievements, even at the educational level.
The experience reviewed many of the practices carried out by the institution in all its departments and specializations, which are generally reflected in its effective institutional communication and the combined efforts of all administrative units to create a positive image of the institution. The experience indicated the institution’s care and concern for all those concerned with it from the supervisory authorities represented by the Ministry of Human Resources. Social development, the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, the emirates of the regions, and the rest of the other government agencies, as well as the sector and its entities, donors, similar civil bodies, sister agencies, and the general public. The paper also reviewed the Saudi coffee experience and the experience of documenting knowledge products. The experience was characterized as the unique experience specialized in the field of the sector.
