Al Rajhi Charity launches the “WhatsApp” service

The Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation continues to achieve its strategic goals of “deepening communication with beneficiaries and stakeholders” and seeks to harness all means and tools to expand the circle of communication channels with its audience by opening means with beneficiaries that complement electronic accounts and social platforms. The Foundation launched an automated response system via the WhatsApp channel to its number (0112411600), which will be available within 24 hours for direct communication in the service of the grants sector for official institutions and associations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is fed with automated responses that concern the authorities and answer their inquiries, in addition to a quick response during the official working hours by the concerned departments, each with what is directed to it and falls within its jurisdiction.
