Al Rajhi Charity wins the King Abdulaziz Quality Award

The Sulaiman Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation won the King Abdulaziz Award for Quality after achieving the bronze level in the National Index for Institutional Excellence. The Foundation dedicated this victory to its founder, Sheikh Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi - may God protect him - and to the winning sector and the nation. On this occasion, His Excellency the CEO, Dr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al Rajhi, stated that this victory He did not come - after God's grace - except under the guidance of our father Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Charitable Trust and his recommendations in his inspiring speeches urging attention to diligent and organized work, which was reflected in his charitable organization in practical applications that depict quality and excellence since the construction of its strategic plan to achieve the highest levels of performance in its systems and work policies through Through continuous improvement and development to achieve community leadership and maximize impact, this was evident in activating “institutional excellence” at every stage of updating and renewing the plan, where commitment to quality comes as its most prominent feature.
In the Foundation’s latest strategic plan, attention was paid to setting the ambitious vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the directives of the Waqf Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Rajhi - may God protect him - which were characterized by faith and mastery in all its activities and its cycle of work with the beneficiaries, and were reflected in its executive plans, which were linked to targets and indicators to monitor performance, and are carried out at the end of each year. Holding a specialized meeting for strategic review to follow up on the executive plans and celebrate the success of their indicators and targets that enhance the desired impact.
This year, the ending was different. Where the announcement of the King Abdulaziz Award for Quality, which is considered a pioneering national model for institutional excellence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Foundation winning the bronze level as the first donor organization to obtain the award, we present this award first to the father, Sheikh Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, the first guide of the Foundation’s excellence compass, and then we commend with honor all the partners who Contribute to the success of the distinguished work of this blessed institution, so that it bears fruit every year and reaps its rich fruits, led by the current and former employees of the institution who founded, built and continued, as such a victory is the result of years of institutional work. Then we thank the non-profit associations and institutions participating in community development, The number of which has reached more than 3,200 civil society organizations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - its cities, governorates and villages - and in conclusion, I say to all of them, “Thank you for your wonderful efforts that contributed to delivering goodness to those who deserve it in a distinctive manner and mastered tools that were - after God - the reason for this coronation.” Which we ask God to make it a culmination in this world and a reward in the hereafter, and to those working in this sector and this edifice, I say, “Charitable work is a collective work whose quality lies from within, and the extent of its excellence lies in the satisfaction of God and then the satisfaction of the ultimate beneficiary.”
