The Emir of the Northern Border witnesses the signing of agreements

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Border Region, witnessed at the emirate’s headquarters today the signing of cooperation agreements between the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the region, the National Higher Institute, and the Council of Civil Associations in the region, in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Resources.
